W. Cary Letien, Au.D.
Dr. Letien is originally from Virginia, and settled in Beverly when he founded this audiology private practice in this community in 1981. He completed his undergraduate and early graduate studies at Central Michigan University, and earned his doctorate in audiology from Salus University (Elkins Park, PA). He has cared for thousands of patients of all ages with hearing difficulties and believes in treating the whole person, not just the hearing loss. He and his beautiful wife recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and have three accomplished children and two wonderful grandchildren. He is an avid skier, soccer player, and sailor.

Brian Fligor, Ph.D., PASC
Dr. Fligor is an Ohio native, and earned his bachelors in biomedical engineering and doctorate in audiology from Boston University. He is board certified in audiology with a specialty in pediatric audiology, and author of Understanding Childhood Hearing Loss (Rowman & Littlefield, Oct 2015). He is adjunct audiology faculty at Salus University (Elkins Park, PA) and consultant to the World Health Organization. He sees patients of all ages, and has special interests in treating sound disorders (tinnitus and sound hypersensitivity) and noise-induced hearing loss, particularly in musicians. He and his wife have four children. In his spare time, he plays acoustic guitar and coaches kids’ soccer.

Cara Capozzi, Au.D.
Dr. Capozzi is a Wakefield, MA native and completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders at Emerson College in 2011. She earned her doctorate in audiology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 2015. She enjoys working with people of all ages, providing compassionate hearing healthcare with an emphasis on comprehensive hearing aid fitting and counseling, tinnitus management, and hearing conservation. In her spare time, she loves hiking and camping with her husband and dog.

Dr. Capozzi is bilingual in English and American Sign Language.
Stephanie De La Cruz-Arias
Patient Care Coordinator
Ms. De La Cruz-Arias was born in Lynn, MA, and raised in Florida and in Massachusetts. She has almost 20 years experience in healthcare administration, including patient intake and managing insurance benefits eligibility in primary care, behavioral health, and audiology practices. Stephanie is a soprano vocalist and active in her church music ministry, and she and her husband are active in the local Dominican community.

Stephanie is bilingual in English and Spanish.
